FeedLove (“we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
2. Information We Collect
- User Profile: Name, email address, profile photo (stored in Firebase Auth & Firestore).
- Food Listings: Title, description, quantity, type, pick‑up location, and images (stored in Firestore & Firebase Storage).
- Usage Data: Crash reports, analytics (Firebase Analytics).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate and manage your account.
- To store and display your shared food listings.
- To personalize your experience (e.g. “Hi, <Your Name>”).
- To improve, debug, and analyze app performance.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. Shared food listings (including your name & image) are visible to other users. Firebase and Google services may process data as independent controllers—please see their respective privacy policies.
5. Data Security
We use Firebase’s security rules and encrypted storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Choices
- You can delete your account at any time (via Settings > Delete Account).
- You may remove your profile photo or update your name from the Profile screen.
7. Children’s Privacy
FeedLove is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We’ll notify you via in‑app banner or email.
